CLIENT CHARTER

Sawyer Bailey Salon is grateful for the opportunity to safely return to work and service our clients. We are only doing so by adopting strict safety measures. Please review the information below regarding our amended policies.

1. Before scheduling your appointment, please answer the following questions:

  • Have you had a fever within the past two weeks?

  • Have you tested positive for COVID-19?

  • Have you been exposed to anyone who is or has been ill (with the following symptoms- fever, shortness of breath, cough, chills)?

  • Have you had contact with anyone who has tested positive?


    If you answer yes to any of these questions, service will be denied.
    Please note: you will be asked these questions again when you arrive for your appointment.

2. Appointments and Arrivals

  • Clients will be seen by appointment only.

  • Only one client will be permitted in the salon at a time. We will unlock the door to let you in for service. Please refrain from fraternizing with other clients outside as you await entry.

  • Please arrive at your appointment with clean hair and clothing. Ladies, please put your hair in a ponytail.

  • You will be provided a smock with a bag and cutting cape. Clients are asked to place their shirts in the provided bag and dispose of it upon leaving.

  • Please wear a mask to your appointment.

  • We are enforcing a 48-hour cancellation policy.

3. Beverages and items brought inside salon

  • We will not be serving any beverages. You are permitted to bring your own.

  • Please limit the number of items you bring into the salon.

  • Guests will be allowed to accompany our visually impaired clients to the front door only.

4. Payment

  • Please use credit card for method of payment; mobile payment is preferred.

  • Cash tips will be accepted; an envelope will be provided.

  • There is a $5 service charge.

5. Products

All products are available for curbside pickup. Contact us to place your order.

6. Pre-bookings

Please pre-book your next appointment prior to leaving.

I would like to personally thank you for your support during these uncharted waters. I cannot wait to see you again. I realize this is a very personal decision, and if you choose wait a bit longer, know that I will be here for you.
