CLIENT CHARTER
Sawyer Bailey Salon is grateful for the opportunity to safely return to work and service our GUESTS. We are only doing so by adopting strict safety measures. Please review the information below regarding our amended policies.
1. Before scheduling your appointment, please answer the following questions:
Have you had a fever within the past two weeks?
Have you tested positive for COVID-19?
Have you been exposed to anyone who is or has been ill (with the following symptoms- fever, shortness of breath, cough, chills)?
Have you had contact with anyone who has tested positive?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, service will be denied.
Please note: you will be asked these questions again when you arrive for your appointment.
2. Appointments and Arrivals
Clients will be seen by appointment only.
We are enforcing a 48-hour cancellation policy.
3. Beverages and items brought inside salon
We will not be serving any beverages. You are permitted to bring your own.
Please limit the number of items you bring into the salon.
Guests will be allowed to accompany our visually impaired clients to the front door only.
Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against the premises owner and operator, including Bailey Beauty Enterprises, LLC and Sawyer Bailey Salon, for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.
I would like to personally thank you for your support during these uncharted waters. I cannot wait to see you again. I realize this is a very personal decision, and if you choose wait a bit longer, know that I will be here for you.
